How we handle personal data on abovetheclouds.io, and the cookies we set only after you accept them.
Above The Clouds Limited (“we”) operates abovetheclouds.io. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to get it removed. Last updated October 2026.
What we collect
When you contact us. The contact form collects your name, email, organisation and what you tell us about your project (including the budget range, deadline and team size you select). It is sent to us by email through Resend and used only to answer you and to scope the work.
When you browse. We measure traffic with Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless and does not identify you individually. If you accept cookies, we also use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion measurement to understand which pages and ads lead to enquiries.
Cookies and consent
Analytics and advertising cookies stay switched off until you press Accept. We use Google Consent Mode v2, so before your choice ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage are all set to denied. Declining leaves the site fully usable. Your choice is stored in your own browser and you can change it by clearing site data.
Who we share it with
- Google (Analytics and Ads), only with your consent
- Vercel, our hosting and cookieless analytics provider
- Resend, which delivers contact form emails to us
- Anthropic, if you use the assistant on the site
We never sell personal data, and client data is never used to train AI models.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@abovetheclouds.io and we will respond within 30 days.
